January is the perfect time to set our famous New Year’s Resolutions.

Pick a simple and doable one as studies suggest that only 46% of people who made NY resolutions were successful*.


Let’s start!

1. Save Money - this can be from a dollar to a thousand later on. We have learned from the past year that it is very important to start saving up. It always brings peace of mind when we know that we have set aside a portion of our money into savings!

2. Lose Weight – how about cut your sugar and carbs a bit? Being healthy is always in! Start with a 15-minute jog or maybe let go of that extra portion of chicken rice? A little can go a long way.

3. Have a healthier mind - start from reading a book 😊! You know that thing on your desk that is accumulating months (or even years) worth of dust? Yoga works for us too! Spend several minutes of your day just keeping your mind relaxed can bring a lot of health benefits!

4. Learn a new skill – gardening and growing plants became one of the top hobbies in 2020. It's never too late to try getting your hands dirty. If you ever have something you want to do and has never started, this is your sign! Do it! What's stopping you?

5. Spend more time with family – this pandemic made us realize what is more important in life; our family. Rediscover each others likes, passions, dreams and just spend an hour or two a day just getting to know them a little bit better.
